3. Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a track & trace link.

You can use this link to follow your package at any time.
You can also check your order status through your account.

4. Received the Wrong Item

If you have received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize.

Please contact our customer service team. We will provide:

  • A free return label

  • A return form

Kindly complete the return form and include it with your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the correct product to you as soon as possible.

5. Order Changes or Cancellation
