At Dadés Official, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

For in-store purchases, a 7-day return policy applies.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn and unused

• The item must not be washed or altered

• All original tags must still be attached

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes and dust bags

Dadés Official reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return:

2. You will receive an email with further instructions and a return form.

3. Follow the instructions provided to complete your return.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs range between €4.00 and €7.00, depending on the selected shipping method.

5. Processing & Refunds

Once we receive your return:

• Processing may take up to 3 business days

• Your refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive your returned item

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can provide an appropriate solution.
