For in-store purchases, a 7-day return policy applies.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must not be washed or altered

All original tags must still be attached

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes and dust bags
Dadés Official reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Return Costs
Return shipping costs range between €4.00 and €7.00, depending on the selected shipping method.
5. Processing & Refunds
Once we receive your return:

Your refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive your returned item

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase
